Dublin is really a very, very small city. Not only because not many people live there, but practically everything is within walking distance, so after Guinness storehouse, we walked around Dublin and saw a church, or cathedral or whatever it was supposed to be (an extremely small one), several nice buildings and the castle.
Inside the castle, we asked the guy selling tickets when the next tour would be. Apparently you can only go on guided tours there. Anyway, he saw the little Dublin guide book/map (From Eyewitness Travel) that I was holding and asked to see it. "Ohh, I've never seen this edition before.. let's see... mmm yea there's the castle, and there's the national museum... etc". You gotta love 'em Irish people, haha.
Oh, and another funny thing was, that when we first entered the castle area, we saw a map of it, and in the garden there was something that looked like a labyrinth and we got very excited. So later when we were talking to the guy, we asked him about it. He laughed a bit and said "yes of course you can go to the garden, but ... it's not really a labyrinth". Turned out, it really wasn't. Well, maybe if you were an ant.. I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves... Shame though, I've always wanted to see a real one..
